About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead generation: Build and manage the sales funnel by generating leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
2. Client relationship Management: Handle incoming queries and cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
3. Lead qualification: Ensure all leads are thoroughly qualified by identifying key decision-makers and understanding their specific requirements.
4. Sales handoff: Efficiently transfer qualified leads to the sales team with the goal of closing sales effectively.
5. Account management: Create and maintain comprehensive account lists and contact databases to support lead generation efforts.
6. Target achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets as defined by the business.
7. Experience requirements: Bring prior experience in a similar sales role, demonstrating a solid track record in outbound calling and emailing.
8. Technical proficiency: Utilize marketing automation platforms and CRM systems effectively.
9. Customer service expertise: Leverage experience in customer service and relationship building to enhance client interactions.
10. Tech savviness: For tech business roles, be familiar with technologies such as RPA, Machine Learning, and Speech-to-Text, with relevant certifications considered a plus.
