Tcules is evolving into an AI-first design technology organisation, expanding beyond our foundations in UX/UI solutions for SaaS, Fintech, and e-commerce. Our focus is on reimagining AI's application in product development through innovative research and development. We are seeking a highly skilled lead generation specialist who can identify and convert opportunities from platforms like Upwork, Dribbble, LinkedIn, X, and others. You'll have a deep understanding of the tech industry, particularly in software development services, and will craft compelling pitches to engage potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and qualify potential leads on platforms such as Upwork, Dribbble, LinkedIn, X, and others.
2. Develop targeted cold email and cold call campaigns to initiate new business relationships within our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
3. Leverage advanced CRM and AI tools to manage leads and track engagement throughout the sales funnel.
4. Create tailored, technically sound pitches that align with the client's needs and the services we provide.
5. Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats, conveying complex ideas in an impactful manner.
6. Coordinate cross-functionally to develop accurate responses to client needs and deliver high-quality leads.
7. Maintain flexibility in working hours to align with client availability.
8. Focus on optimising conversions from initial contact through to MQL and SQL stages.
9. Conduct periodic self-evaluations and generate reports to identify areas for continuous improvement.

Other requirements

1. keen interest in sales, lead generation, or business development are encouraged to apply.

2. A basic understanding of the software development or tech services industry is preferred.

3. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and AI tools for lead management is a plus.

4. Ability to launch and manage cold outreach campaigns (training will be provided if needed).

5. Strong critical thinking and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

7. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to work in a target-driven environment.

8. Interest in growing into a sales-focused role.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹240,000 - 360,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 6,00,000 /year
