Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, analyze competition, and stay updated on industry regulations in women's health and nutraceuticals.
2. Initiate conversations with prospective end users and craft surveys to assess their knowledge of hormonal health.
3. Analyze data from surveys and interviews to create actionable insights for the future.
4. Create purchase orders according to the specifications to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards for manufacturers.
5. Collaborate with internal and external teams to align business development plans, providing market insights for product improvement.

Other requirements

3. Decent understanding of nutraceutical supplements, their applications, or women’s health issues and related market trends.

4. Excellent communication, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights.

6 Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
