1. Run day-to-day operations and implement strategies for City Operations
2. Deeply understand each process and implement new processes for optimization and efficiency improvements
3. Coordinate with and lead the field team, constantly evaluate field operations, implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), take corrective actions, and strengthen Yuma's position
4. Drive projects to maximize the quality of Batteries available in the field
5. Be part of the control room team to drive operational efficiency on the ground
Requirements:
1. Good communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
2. 0-1 year of experience in managing operations and field staff
3. Adaptability to changing dynamics on the ground
4. Background in E-Commerce, Logistics, or Mobility preferred
5. Open to working night shifts and a 6-day workweek
Also, this job requires you to work in 3 rotational shifts which will be rotating for every 15 days.
1. Morning shift - 6.00 am - 2.00 pm (6 AM to 9 AM WFH, rest Work from Office)
2. Afternoon shift - 2.00 pm -10.00 pm ( 7 PM to 10 PM WFH, rest Work from Office)
3. Night shift - 10 pm - 6.00 am (Completely WFH)
