About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Brainstorming new ideas and strategies with the team for effective content
2. Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original and innovative content
3. Developing copy on a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (such as the website, blogs, product descriptions, and social media)
4. Creating eye-catching and innovative headlines and captions
5. Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns
6. Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies
7. Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability
8. Creating compelling headlines, captions and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience
9. Identifying customers' needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content

Adobe Creative Suite Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop English Proficiency (Written) Fashion Styling Social Media Marketing

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in fashion communication, journalism, mass communication

2. Fashion background is a must

3. Software proficiency: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, video editing software, Canva

4. Portfolio of published work

5. Excellent grammar and writing skills

6. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

7. Self-motivated and self-directed

Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
