1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and follower growth
2. Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn
3. Plan and schedule content calendars, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns and initiatives
4. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking
5. Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
6. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing, platform updates, and industry developments
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer experience across all channels
8. Handle minimal video editing
1. Proven experience as a social media manager or a similar role with in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
2. Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and compelling content
3. Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
