About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Code development:
i. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code based on specifications.
ii. Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from senior developers.
2. Testing and debugging:
i. Assist in testing applications to identify and resolve bugs and issues.
ii. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
3. Documentation:
i. Maintain clear and concise documentation for code, processes, and systems.
ii. Update technical documentation as needed to reflect changes in the application.
4. Collaboration:
i. Work closely with team members, including other developers, designers, and project managers.
ii. Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
5. Learning and development:
i. Improve technical skills continuously by learning new programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
ii. Seek guidance and mentorship from senior developers to enhance understanding of best practices.
6. Version control management:
Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage code changes and collaborate with the team effectively.
7. Support and maintenance:
i. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues post-deployment.
ii. Help maintain existing software applications by implementing updates and improvements.
8. Project participation:
i. Engage in the software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
ii. Contribute to the estimation and planning of development tasks.
