We are looking for freshers with a minimum of 2 months of recruitment internship required. (complete freshers won't be a right fit for this role).
Key responsibilities:
1. Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs
2. Plan the hiring process & Set hiring goals (e.g. quarterly and annual)
3. Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of & time to fill
4. Manage all communication with candidates from the moment
5. Source candidates from various job boards, and professional networks & through referrals
6. Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process
7. Oversee internal and external communication
8. Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates

2. Basic sourcing knowledge is required
3. Exposure to Naukri job boards is required
