1. Build a candidate talent pool of remote freelance/consultants across India
2. Coordinate with the candidates on the entire evaluation process
3. Coordinate with in-house and external evaluation partners to fast-track the evaluation process
4. Optimise no-cost-low-cost channels for bulk hiring of freelancers
5. Harness the digital networking platforms to reach out to the candidates and garner applications
6. Ensure fulfillment of client requirements with TAT i.e. 3-5 days maximum
