About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Supporting overall recruitment activities.
2. Shortlisting the applications received for various positions based on the requirement.
3. Have a first-level conversation with the applicants.
4. Scheduling interviews of the relevant applicants.
5. Monitoring and maintaining an MIS for recruitment.
6. Documenting the process of joiners.
7. Performing basic admin & payroll functions.

Other requirements

1. BMS/MBA candidates with a specialization in human resource management will be preferred.

2. Should be a graduate with a minimum of 60% marks in all years.

3. Should have excellent communication skills (writing, speaking & presentation).

4. Should have done 1 or 2 internships in HR (ideally of 3 months at least).

5. Should aim to make a career in the field of HR management.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
