Key responsibilities:

1. The role of 'Key Account Executive' essentially involves translating and explaining highly complex technical information to customers and clients, focusing on revealing how a product or piece of equipment can solve specific problems. They therefore play an important role in the modern sales process.
2. Acting as the sales team's technical encyclopedia during the sale of goods and services. They represent the technical aspects of the product and propose how these aspects can benefit the customer.
3. Understanding technical product specifications and keeping up-to-date with new company products as well as industry trends.
4. Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients for specific requirements and applications.
5. Generating leads and convert them to sales by negotiating the best contract terms.
6. Visiting new construction projects, sites, facility management companies, airports, malls, hospitals, resorts, manufacturing industries, etc, any client who qualifies to use aerial working platforms.
7. Listening to customers' needs and advising them on the best products to buy
8. Writing reports and liaising with the service team regarding issues, foreseeable problems, and effective solutions.
9. Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales territories.
10. Simplifying technical terms during product demonstrations and post-sales customer support.
