Key Account Manager Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Understand clients' business objectives, target audience, and marketing goals
- Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand client relationships and increase business
2. Project Management:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial briefing to campaign execution and reporting
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, development, SEO, PPC, etc.) to ensure timely and effective project delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients
3. Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies
- Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends and client data
- Contribute to the development of campaign proposals and presentations
4. Team Coordination:
- Effectively communicate client requirements to internal teams
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members
- Resolve conflicts and ensure project deadlines are met
