About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for developing the knowledge and skills of a company's workforce. Work on need based training or identified training needs during review, training based on end customer feedback and skill upgrade training
2. Partner with various departments and identify individual and organizational training needs
3. Assist in designing and developing leadership development programs for executive, mid and senior level employees
4. Create a plan for gap analysis, training schedule and post assessment questionnaire
5. Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
6. Attend all the trainings given by third party trainers/ inhouse training and replicate the same to new joiners
7. Assist the staff in finishing assignment and assessments in your respective units
8. Assist functional heads/L&D in publish yearly training calendar for staff and ensure that the trainings are completed on time
9. Deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics
10. Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs as well as on-going learning opportunities in support of the organization's needs
11. Create high quality deliverables in line with the feedback received from end customer
12. Actively participate in progressive disciplinary process for employees not able to meet or maintain standards of excellence
13. To assist in Audits like NABH or NABL , in training the employees and taking care of the training documents
14. Over see that new joinee Induction, Job Rediness trainings,Departmental induction, Quarterly reviews are conducted by respective incharges on time and every time
15. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Other requirements

1. Primary: Deliver softskills training sessions, HR Induction, maintaing the training data, monitor the effectiveness of the training, prepare continous development plan for all grades of employees

2. Secondary: Prepare training calender, maintain assessment sheets

3. Functional skills: Accounting and auditing skills, ability to analyze and interpret billing records, basic knowledge of MS- Office

4. Behavioural Skills: Good communication skills, interpersonal skill, good attitude, ability to work in a team

5. Competencies: Should be well conversant with latest training techniques and models

6. Minimum qualifications: Graduation/Post Graduation

7. Technical qualifications: Computer knowledge/MS Office

8. Minimum 0 to 3 years in relevant experience

9. Coordination with incharges and ability to work in a team

10. Able to speak in English, Hindi and local language

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
