Key responsibilities:

1. Develop a LinkedIn strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn growth strategy to boost engagement, followers, and lead generation.
2. Content creation & optimization: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling posts, articles, videos, and infographics tailored for LinkedIn audiences.
3. Community engagement: Proactively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster relationships with influencers and key connections.
4. Data-driven campaigns: Use analytics to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and report on KPIs like engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
5. Targeted outreach: Leverage LinkedIn tools to identify, connect with, and nurture relationships with target audiences, including prospects, partners, and industry leaders.
6. Ad campaign management: Plan, execute, and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
7. Stay ahead of trends: Keep up with LinkedIn's latest features, algorithms, and best practices to ensure we're at the forefront of platform innovation.
