We at Paisabazaar are hiring 'Loan Advisors' with a minimum of 6 months of experience in secured and unsecured loans.
Important: This position is only open to candidates who can attend a face-to-face interview at our office in Gurugram, Sector 44.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers in the sale of a range of financial products over the phone.
2. Work exclusively in day shifts.
3. Meet and exceed assigned targets periodically.
4. Achieve productivity that meets job standards while maintaining speed and accuracy.
5. Adapt to shifting priorities to accommodate changing demands.
6. Ensure no losses or errors occur while assisting customers.
7. Work towards preventing mis-selling or fraud in processes.
8. Respond promptly and effectively to all internal communications.
9. Adhere to and support company policies and practices.
