Manegement Trainee - IT Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify future hiring needs:
i. Collaborate with department managers to identify and forecast future hiring needs.
ii. Develop job descriptions and specifications based on these needs.
2. Source and attract candidates:
i. Utilize databases, social media, job boards, and other sources to find suitable candidates.
ii. Develop and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
3. Conduct interviews and screening:
i. Conduct interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person).
ii. Screen resumes and CVs to select qualified candidates.
4. Manage the hiring process:
i. Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling and preparing interview questions.
ii. Facilitate offers and employment negotiations.
5. Ensure compliance and reporting:
i. Stay up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations.
ii. Complete paperwork for new hires and maintain accurate records.
iii. Provide recruitment reports to team managers.
