Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Campus partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, student groups, and campus authorities to facilitate lead generation.
2. Lead generation campaigns: Execute marketing campaigns targeting students across various campuses to generate high-quality leads for our programs and courses.
3. On-campus activities: Organize and manage events such as workshops, seminars, career fairs, and webinars to promote Corizo Edutech's offerings and drive brand awareness.
4. Collaboration with sales: Work closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and track the conversion process.
5. Market research: Stay updated with trends in the education industry, student interests, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Content creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional material tailored for campus engagements.
7. Social media marketing: Use digital platforms and social media to increase reach within the campus ecosystem and engage with students.
8. Data analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, providing reports and recommendations for improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or similar roles, preferably within the education sector is a plus not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with campus marketing or engagement with student communities is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,20,000 /year
