Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit and inspect properties, ensuring they meet company standards.
2. Capture high-quality photographs of properties for marketing and documentation purposes (training provided).
3. Communicate effectively with property owners and stakeholders.
4. Report property status and any issues to the management team.
5. Ensure all tasks are completed as per company guidelines and timelines.
6. Regularly travel to various property locations as required.

Requirements:

1. Fresh graduates or candidates from any educational background are welcome to apply.
2. Strong communication skills and a presentable appearance.
3. Willingness to travel and work in the field.
4. Ability to learn and adapt to new skills, including photography.
5. Positive attitude, proactive, and self-motivated.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
