Key Responsibilities:

1. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.
2. Familiarise yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
3. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
4. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
5. Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
6. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
7. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
8. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
9. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
10. Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
