Key responsibilities:
1. Gain a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, including but not limited to sales, customer service, field service, finance and operations, marketing, and human resources
2. Collaborate with senior consultants to assist in the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions
3. Participate in system configuration, data migration, and customization activities
4. Respond to end-user queries and issues related to Dynamics 365
5. Work closely with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve problems
6. Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting steps
7. Contribute to the development of user manuals and training materials
8. Stay current on the latest updates and features of Microsoft Dynamics 365
9. Actively participate in training programs and self-directed learning

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Hyderabad and neighboring cities
1. Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
2. Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules
3. Familiarity with cloud technologies and the Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
4. Training on Microsoft Dynamics will be an advantage
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
6. Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
7. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
