4. Interviewing & Coordination: Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Gather interview feedback and keep candidates informed.
5. Candidate Tracking: Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain organized records.
6. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, recommend candidates, and advise on hiring decisions.
7. Market Analysis: Stay updated on non-IT hiring trends and salary expectations for various non-IT roles.
8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
