The key responsibility is to manage order delivery by closely working with the suppliers & customers. The position is part of the logistics team that is responsible for optimizing and coordinating the full order cycle i.e. vendor management, shipment coordination, shipment documentation, coordination with client, escalation management, return & replacement
Key responsibilities:
1. Expediting order delivery from the suppliers and updating order status on the software.
2. Resolve issues, if any, with the order delivery.
3. Working with the supplier & logistics partners for timely delivery
4. Working on supplier bill verification and payment coordination
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida and neighboring cities
Any graduate field.
Experience in managing suppliers & logistics, preferably in an e-commerce company.
Proficient in standard logistics software.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
