1. Coordinate and supervise the packaging, labeling, and timely dispatch of products to ensure all shipments meet quality standards
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with raw material suppliers and external agencies to secure the highest quality ingredients and services for products
3. Manage vendor payment records and collaborate with the tax agency for monthly invoice processing and tax filing
4. Utilize consumer data insights to optimize operations, address customer needs, and improve products
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align product availability with marketing campaigns for the smooth execution of promotions and launches
6. Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, including digital marketing, social media campaigns, and content creation
7. Work with external marketing agencies and partners to enhance brand visibility and reach
8. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product offerings
9. Coordinate marketing activities with other departments to ensure cohesive branding efforts
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, marketing, or a related field
2. Proficiency in Excel
3. Experience in operations or marketing management is a plus
4. Strong project management skills with attention to detail
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data to improve processes
