Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate ( Inside Sales) to join our growing team at Couple Squad. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals within our target market. Your primary focus will be on selling our social community app solutions to businesses and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to introduce our social community app and its features.
2. Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, and other sources.
3. Build and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
4. Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition of our social community app.
5. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Female candidates with good communication skills in English and Malayalam are required.
3. Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence potential customers.
5. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
