Key responsibilities:

1. Recognize the manpower needs and present them to the HR manager for approval
2. Create job descriptions for various roles and advertise them on various platforms
3. Manage HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules
4. Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
5. Manage and handle the orientation of new employees
6. Assess the training needs and coordinate training and development programs for employees
7. Manage the employee data of each department
8. Oversee the daily operations of the HR department
