Performance Marketing Associate Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ownership of the brand's digital growth strategy to increase ROI
2. Proficient in market research and analysis
3. End-to-end media planning & execution on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Platforms, and other social media channels (which includes running awareness, traffic, and revenue generation campaigns)
4. Analyzing data on ad spending, revenue, and user/customer behavior with the help of tools like Google Analytics
5. Should understand and plan for what kind of creatives and copies work for best conversions
6. Should've managed more than 4 lakhs budget on Google Ads and more than 4 lakhs budget on Facebook Ads per month
7. Track all platforms and share assistance in their evaluation on a regular basis by generating reports for performance
8. Keep tabs on competitors. Track and conduct competitor analysis to assist in providing data for a comprehensive understanding of the competitors & their brand performance on digital media platforms
