Key Responsibilities:

1. Direct sales engagement: Engage directly in sales activities.
2. Building rapport: Responsible for establishing rapport with students and their parents.
3. Understanding student profile: Should have a good understanding of the student profile.
4. CRM knowledge: Knowledge of CRM systems is beneficial.
5. Target achievement: Maintain good target records.
6. Lead generation: Open to generating leads from different sources.
7. Travel: Must be open to traveling.
8. Event attendance: Open to attending virtual events and physical events/seminars/webinars.
