Key responsibilities:

1. Optimize screen printing processes for the production of Flexible Printed Circuits (FPCs) and electronic components.
2. Ensure high-quality output with a focus on achieving accuracy, durability, and consistency in printed circuits.
3. Supervise and guide a screen-printing operator to maintain high standards of production efficiency.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
5. Contribute to the documentation of procedures and improvements in screen printing operations.
