Process Associate (Voice Process) Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recover dues from delinquent customers according to assigned targets, following RBI guidelines and company policies within specified timelines.
2. Coordinate with the field team to ensure timely resolution of cases.
3. Responsible for collecting overdue accounts across various product categories through tele-calling, meeting productivity, and collection targets as per company policies.
4. Maintain detailed feedback records in the required format and update trails on the collection portal.
5. Resolve customer queries and escalate issues as needed, following specified guidelines.
6. Collect customer payments by due dates.
7. Use skip-tracing tools and collection strategies to locate the right parties and negotiate payments.
8. Make outbound calls professionally to enhance customer relations.
9. Educate customers about their options with the digital credit line.
10. Achieve daily targets for customer loan conversions.
11. Proactively solve problems and take on additional responsibilities as they arise.
12. Handle 60-80 outbound calls per day.
