1. Managing and coordinating the completion of all localization projects
2. Managing each step of the localization process: initiating, executing, and closing projects, from project beginning to creating detailed project plans and deliverables
3. Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with internal teams and external vendors, demonstrating a positive attitude at all times
4. Overseeing end-to-end localization workflow across the team using translation management tools and systems
5. Coordinating freelancers, localization vendors, linguists, subject-matter experts, and internal stakeholders
6. Documenting each step of the process and optimizing it
7. Communicating internally and externally with stakeholders to ensure effective cross-team collaboration
8. Assessing project risks through prioritization, bug management, and any other means necessary
9. Balancing translation costs and project budgets
10. Managing client communication (both in-calls and via email) and expectations daily.
11. Conducting final checks on all deliverables against the instructions and being responsible for the timely delivery of completed projects.
