Receptionist (Telecalling) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Reception duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and students in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and handle basic inquiries.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

2. Telecalling duties:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients to provide information on services, courses, and admission processes.
- Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Assist in converting leads into actual student enrollments through effective communication.
- Update and maintain client/student databases with accurate information.

3. Administrative support:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining schedules, filing documents, and processing paperwork.
- Support the team with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Assist with coordination and management of office events or student orientations when necessary.
