Sourcing specialist will be responsible for managing our full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The responsibilities include sourcing candidates from job portals, social media, referrals, etc. The role demands hands-on experience with various job interview formats, including screenings, and phone interviews to help us recruit faster and more effectively.
Key responsibilities:
1. Souring profiles from different channels
2. Screening resumes
3. Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to team
4. Performing phone interviews with candidates
5. Coordinating interviews with the team
6. Doing regular job posting on social media & job boards.
7. Following up on the interview process status
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Should have own laptop/ internet connection
3. Should be able to work within the time limit to get quick results
