We are seeking a skilled 'Recruiter' to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent acquisition, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a keen eye for identifying top-tier candidates. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in diverse roles across a wide range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for positions.
2. Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
3. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in non-IT recruitment to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a recruiter.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in using recruitment software and online platforms for sourcing and tracking candidates.
7. High level of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
8. Experience working in a recruitment agency or staffing firm.
9. Familiarity with non-IT industries such as events, advertisement, marketing, healthcare, finance, engineering, or manufacturing.
