Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
2. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
5. Manage candidate feedback and keep all stakeholders informed throughout the recruitment process
6. Assist in negotiating job offers and closing candidates
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
