We are looking for an experienced 'Recruitment Specialist' to join our team and manage our full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical and non-technical positions. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
2. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
3. Collaborate with department heads to identify job requirements and preferred qualifications.
4. Utilize multiple recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract top talent.
5. Conduct background checks and reference checks as necessary.
6. Ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications
1. Hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of various recruitment strategies, techniques, and sourcing methods.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
5. Knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Knowledge of hiring practices for the biotech, engineering, and technology industries.
2. Certification in human resources or a related field is advantageous but not required.
