Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of the company's financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally software.
3. Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements and financial accounts.
4. Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
5. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability and growth.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and external partners to ensure compliance and transparency in financial matters.
