Associate Business Analyst Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Requirement gathering: Engage in structured client consultations to comprehensively grasp their requirements and brainstorm solutions tailored to SAPB1 functionalities
2. Data migration and cleansing: Extract data from previous ERP systems, meticulously cleanse it, and conduct thorough accuracy checks to ensure a seamless transition to SAPB1
3. System configuration: Proficiently navigate the configuration intricacies of SAPB1 modules, including setting up and configuring related settings to align with client needs
4. Customer support: Deliver prompt and effective customer support primarily through the Support Portal, supplemented by live training sessions when necessary, to address SAPB1-related queries and issues
5. Internal assistance: Provide valuable support to functional consultants and project managers as required, facilitating smooth project execution and client satisfaction within the SAPB1 framework
6. Product enhancement collaboration: Collaborate closely with account managers and product managers to relay client feedback and insights, contributing to continuous improvement of SAPB1 features and functionalities
7. QA: review and approve test cases prepared by the QA organization, Participate in testing the software before its release to ensure functionality, usability, and quality standards are met
