Key responsibilities:
1. Utilize your expert knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates
2. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure they meet the requirements and expectations of our clients
3. Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with customized solutions
4. Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, and professional networking sites
5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to negotiating and closing offers
6. Ensure a seamless candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process
7. Work on staying updated with industry trends and best recruitment practices, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results
1. Proficient in spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills
2. Demonstrated expertise in using MS Excel and MS Office for effective data management and reporting
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
