As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements and use your expertise in recruitment to attract and retain the best candidates. Your strong communication skills will be essential in conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and building relationships with potential hires.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
3. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
4. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and gather feedback
5. Coordinate interviews and assessments, and provide feedback to hiring managers
6. Manage job offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes for successful candidates
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in MS-Office to track progress and outcomes
