Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead generation and qualification:
a. Research and identify potential companies and leads through various sources such as online databases, social media platforms, and industry forums.
b. Qualify leads based on specific criteria and industry requirements to ensure high-quality prospects for our database.

2. Lead enrichment:
a. Enhance and maintain accurate contact information for founders and key decision-makers within identified companies.
b. Conduct in-depth research on qualified companies and decision-makers to gather insights for personalized outreach.

3. Research and preparation for outreach:
a. Analyze online activities and available information to tailor personalized outreach emails for effective communication.
b. Prepare compelling messaging to engage with potential clients and generate interest in our services.

4. Omni-channel outreach:
a. Implement an omni-channel outreach approach combining LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, and phone calls to reach decision-makers.
b. Utilize multiple communication channels to maximize reach and engagement with potential clients.

5. Problem-solving and customization:
a. Adapt outreach approaches based on the unique needs and preferences of each prospect to progress them towards scheduling a demo with our founders.
b. Creatively solve challenges and objections to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and address client concerns.

6. Follow-up and coordination:
a. Structurally follow up with prospects who have not responded to initial outreach to nurture relationships and encourage engagement.
b. In case of a positive response, coordinate meetings between the prospect and the founders of HireVeda, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling.
