About the job

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and expansion of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to attract and acquire clients and contribute to achieving the organization's sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who is passionate about sales and eager to kickstart their career in the dynamic field of Business Development.

Key responsibilities:

1. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights. Gather and analyze data to understand customer needs and preferences, enabling informed decision-making.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and online platforms. Build and maintain a database of leads for follow-up and conversion.
3. Client Acquisition: Present the company's products/services to potential clients persuasively, highlighting their unique selling points and benefits. Work towards converting leads into loyal customers through effective sales techniques.
4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to enhance customer loyalty and maximize business opportunities. Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
5. Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop innovative strategies for lead conversion and revenue generation. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve overall sales performance.
6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups. Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the management for performance evaluation.
7. Training and Development: Stay updated with industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance personal and professional skills.
8. Achieving Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets while adhering to the company's sales policies and ethical practices.
9. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and company growth.

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

4. Confident and outgoing personality with a persuasive sales pitch.

5. Quick learner with a strong aptitude for understanding products/services.

6. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.

7. Proficient in using MS Office and other sales-related software.

8. Highly motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10. Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 /year
