Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business administration, or other equivalent professional degree (master s degree in business administration will be an added advantage)

The Business Development Executive will contribute towards the overall growth of the company s sales by expanding customer base.

You will conduct outbound calls to marketing qualified leads; validate their requirement of website development, online store, AI Chatbots, OR digital app prototypes. Responsibility includes engaging in meaningful conversations, gathering detailed requirements to determine and map them against platform capability, pitch subscription pricing plan, and convert them into wins/ paid customers. The role involves lead gen, customer engagement, & sales conversions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Outreach: Business Development, Sales, via outbound calls, send email proposals
Qualify: Probe and validate leads' interest in website OR digital app prototype/ MVP
Requirements: Gather detailed info about their website requirements, scope to determine the suitability to build on Studio platform.
Communicate: Engage in effective sales conversation; educate leads about the platform & its features / benefits, pricing info which can eventually facilitate conversions.
Customer-centric approach: Actively listen, address their needs effectively, pitch subscription plan, identify business opportunities and work towards converting leads into paying subbscribers
Document: After interaction, update leads database, as Yet to Connect, Discussion WIP, Potentials, Sales WIP for tracking and further follow-ups.
Collaborate: provide feedback to marketing team on lead quality for campaign improvements/ optimization and tech / Customer Success team for capability gap
Conversions: Meet / exceed assigned conversion targets (Wins) to contribute to the overall sales team success and expand customer base.
