We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Assistant to join our team. The Content Assistant will play a vital role in optimizing content submitted by writers for better readability and flow and crafting engaging scripts for our YouTube channel.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with writers to optimize written content for readability, coherence, and SEO best practices
2. Craft compelling scripts for our YouTube channel, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand voice and objectives
3. Update and maintain our WordPress website with the latest content, including articles, blog posts, videos, and other multimedia elements
4. Review content for accuracy, grammar, and adherence to style guidelines before publication
5. Assist in the development and maintenance of a content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule across platforms
Qualifications:
1. Strong understanding of content
2. Experience working as a content writer
3. Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar
4. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
5. Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling across various formats, including written video, and multimedia content
6. Proficiency in Google Suite and WordPress
7. Understanding of SEO
