About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand their needs, preferences, and styles to provide personalized recommendations
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our clothing and accessory products. Stay updated on new arrivals, trends, and promotions
3. Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing store layout. Ensure products are neatly displayed and adequately stocked
4. Cash Handling: Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a balanced cash register
5. Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to improve the shopping experience. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
6. Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and report discrepancies to the store manager
7. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals. Provide support during busy periods and assist with store maintenance
8. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to the store's policies and procedures, including opening and closing procedures, returns, and exchanges

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹120,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
