Key responsibilities:
1. Plan, manage, and lead sprint planning and technical deliveries
2. Dive into advertising tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and others to optimize campaign performance
3. Develop funnel strategies and optimizations to help business owners achieve high ROI for every marketing dollar spent
4. Write ad copy for all accounts you manage whenever necessary
5. Conduct competitor research and take the initiative to solve problems at a personal level
6. Thrive in a high ownership and fast-growth environment
7. Enjoy solving problems, taking on difficult challenges, and finding creative solutions without getting easily flustered
1. Have 1- 2 years of experience in a data-driven marketing role where you helped your clients improve their bottom line
2. Experience with FB Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Programmatic Buying and other allied tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc, is a plus but not mandatory
