HR Generalist Fresher Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with the talent acquisition support team and managing the end-to-end recruitment process tasks i.e. understanding the job requirements, sourcing CVs, closing open positions, hiring freshers, international hiring & stakeholder management
2. Learning, understanding, and executing HR operations activities like employee induction & onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll & leave, remote tools, etc.
3. Executing L&D activities for the various events
4. Maintaining data and reporting for talent acquisition, operations & L&D
5. Ideating & executing employee connections and virtual engagement activities
