Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

We are looking for an HR Associate
Expereince Required: 0-1 Year
Education:- Graduate in B.com/BBA OR MBA Pursuing in relevant field
Location:- Work From Home
Salary is no bar for the right candidate

Key responsibilities:

1. Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement
2. Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal databases, social media, etc.
3. Assess the applicant's relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies
4. Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle
5. Build strong candidate relationships & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals
6. Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature
7. Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls
