Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

The Position: We are looking for an HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition

Key responsibilities:

1. Recruitment: Source, screen, and select candidates for various positions within the company
2. Employee Relations: Address grievances, facilitate conflict resolution, and foster a positive work environment
3. Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process, monitor performance metrics, and support the development of improvement plans
4. HR Operations: Oversee administrative tasks including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
5. Work Schedule: The role requires working six days a week, with each day consisting of nine-hour shifts
6. Monthly Targets: The HR Executive is expected to achieve recruitment goals and maintain HR operational efficiency to contribute to the company's overall success
7. Salary Approval: Salary approval is granted after successful candidate selection and is subject to review by HR and management to ensure alignment with company standards and budget considerations

Qualifications:

1. Minimum qualification: Any graduates from any stream with relevant experience are eligible to apply
2. Fresher/experienced both required
