Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with retail managers to understand staffing requirements and job descriptions for various retail positions.
2. Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals and referrals to identify potential candidates.
3. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the required qualifications and align with the company culture.
4. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability and interest in the retail roles.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and relevant stakeholders.
6. Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and feedback in the applicant tracking system.
7. Collaborate with retail managers to understand their team dynamics, staffing needs, and long-term goals.
8. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the recruitment process, candidate pipeline, and potential challenges.
9. Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
10. Facilitate the necessary paperwork and documentation required for new employees to join the retail operations team.

Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
