3. Performance management: Oversee performance management processes, including setting objectives, appraisals, and providing support for career development.
4. Training & development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, engagement, and retention.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Update policies and employee handbooks as necessary.
6. Compensation & benefits: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs, ensuring they are aligned with company strategy and competitive in the industry.
7. HR analytics & Reporting: Use data-driven insights to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes and employee satisfaction.
8. Employee engagement & culture: Build and promote a strong organizational culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and employee satisfaction.
